Executive Summary

If this executive proposal passes, the following changes will occur within the MOR Protocol:

  • Adjustments to the PSM fees, 0.3% tin and 0% tout, towards discontinuation
  • Changes the stability fee for AVAX/DAI to 5%/year
  • Surplus withdrawal of 142,491 MOR

If this executive proposal passes, the following additions will be made to the MOR Protocol:

  • A new Curve-based PSM module to be introduced; it allows operations using DAI/USDC/USDT

Voting for this executive proposal will place your GRO in support of the changes and additions outlined above.

If this executive proposal passes, the changes and additions listed above will only become active in the MOR (Avalanche) Protocol after the GSM Pause Delay has expired. The GSM Pause Delay is currently set to 24 hours.

If this executive proposal does not pass within 30 days, then it will expire and can no longer have any effect on the MOR (Avalanche) Protocol.


Proposal Details

Adjustments to the PSM fees towards discontinuation

This will change the tin and tout fees of the current PSM-STKUSDC-A PSM ilk to 0.3% and 0%, respectively. Towards its discontinuation.

Changes the stability fee for AVAX/DAI to 5%/year

This will set the stability fee in 5%/year for STKTDJAVAXDAI-A.

Surplus withdrawal of 142,491 MOR

This will be performing a 142,491 MOR withdrawal of the system surplus to the GrowthDeFi multisig wallet.

A new Curve-based PSM module to be introduced

This will be adding a new PSM and associated ilk PSM-STKUSDLP-A.
